# Roadmap
Our team has started building Illiquid Labs just before the $UST depeg in May, and we are grateful for the help from the Terra Emergency Developer Fund (more about it [here](https://twitter.com/wagmigently/status/1538005809870667778?s=20\&t=GBtbPRNLy_udB0f1oX079w)) that has enabled us to continue building throughout the tumultuous months that followed. \
We aim to deliver all the utility outlined in our application for Emergency funding by the end of 2022. This will include the following tooling, launched with full audit, as well as desktop, tablet and mobile support:\

➜ Peer to Peer NFT Trading \
➜ NFT Raffles\
➜ NFT collateralised loans (Peer to Peer)
Our team will use the revenue generated by the platform to expand the tooling:
**Q1 2023** \
➜ NFT Collateralised loans (Automated Lending Pools)\
➜ Multichain expansion and integration of new Token standards across Cosmos
**The Future**\
Illiquid Labs will be responsive to changes in the NFT space, developing new tooling according to community needs. Here are a few long term goals:\
➜ Possible expansion on the front of increasing liquidity of NFT assets - NFT fractionalisation\
➜ Decentralizing governance, developing a system for user submissions and voting for tooling to be developed
